As of 2007, Tiempo Tango is proud to be on the Illinois Arts Council's "Artstour Roster." Artists on this roster go through a competitive process to be included. If you are an Illinois not-for-profit organization and would like to engage Tiempo Tango, the IAC may provide a subsidy for your program. Whether tango dancer or music appreciator, Tiempo Tango will move your heart and soul.

With its superbly performed arrangements of tango classics - Piazzolla and Villoldo, Tiempo Tango performs with originality and style.
 

Our repertoire is unique and flexible. While our mission is to perform tangos, milongas, and waltzes, we also offer jazz standards (Cole Porter, Duke Ellington), Brazilian music (bossa nova, samba, choro), and even classical and holiday music, as cortinas, full dance sets, or as a mixture.
